WE, YOU, ALL of us DID IT!!! We (Greater Racine in Bloom) have won the 2013 America in Bloom competition!
We received our award at the end of September, at the Symposium in Florida, so this may not have been the first time you have heard this. (I just LOVE saying it, plan on hearing it 100 more times from me.)

A public announcement will take place on Tuesday, November 19th at 7PM at the Racine Common Council Meeting. The presentation will be at the start of the meeting and should only run 10-15 minutes. You are free to stay and listen to rest of the Council’s meeting. I know you want to… ; ) who wouldn’t?!I have sent out an email asking for a representative/s from each municipality to attend. Each municipality has been great at responding in the past, so I predict this will be no different.
What a wonderful display this will be of all the seven municipalities together- celebrating a win that we did together!
