The Village has contracted with John’s Disposal Service for waste collection starting January 2014. You’ll have two sizes of trash container from which to choose: 48 gallon or 96 gallon. The Village and/or John’s will be contacting you to ask which size container you’d like dropped off at your home. To see samples of the two available sizes, drop by Village Hall at 3131 Taylor Avenue Building 1 Tuesday through Friday from 8am to noon. If the door isn’t open, call the onsite custodian, John, on his cell at 497-5834 and he’ll let you in.
Waste Management and John’s will work together and with the Village on the transition. We will provide more information when it becomes available.
