Next Thursday June 26th. the judges from the America in Bloom contest will be driving through our village and having lunch at Taylor Complex. They will be judging our village on several categories including our historical background. We will be making sure our grounds are freshly cut, bushes trimmed, and weeds cleaned-up. You can also help by making sure your yards are spruced up, grass mowed, and trees trimmed. We look forward to showing off our small, but beautiful village, and hopefully gaining some national recognition. We have been told they will be doing a drive through somewhere around lunch time. We appreciate everyone’s help working together to win this contest.
So, if you see the trolley going through our village, smile and wave.
