Per Chapter 174.05 of the Wisconsin State Statutes, all dogs over 5 months old must be licensed. In addition to the application, we must also have proof that your dog is currently immunized against rabies.
All registrations must be turned in with payment by March 31, 2023.

There is a $25.00 per dog penalty for any license issued after March 31, 2023.
